Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, JohnnyBakes does not offer refunds, or returns once an order has been picked up. Each item is baked fresh in small batches specifically for your order.
Your satisfaction matters to us—if you are unhappy with your product, please reach out. When possible, we are happy to remake your item.

Yes! Every JohnnyBakes item is handcrafted in my licensed and inspected home kitchen in Wakefield, Massachusetts. What started as a passion for baking has grown into a small-batch bakery focused on quality, freshness, and community.
Each loaf, pastry, and specialty item is baked fresh in small batches with attention to detail and care — no commercial shortcuts, just real baking (and a lot of early mornings and sleepless nights).
