How do I get my bread?

All orders are available for pickup in Wakefield, MA, on Saturdays (or earlier, when available) from 9 AM–11 AM. If that time doesn’t work, I’m happy to coordinate alternative arrangements whenever possible.

Do you ship?

As much as I’d love to ship JohnnyBakes across the country, I’m committed to delivering each loaf at its absolute best—which means, for now, pickup is the only option.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup window. If you are unable to make your pickup time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us in advance to arrange an alternative. I’ll work with you to make sure you get your bread!

Any orders not picked up by the end of the pickup window, without pickup arrangements, will be considered abandoned and may be donated.

Your satisfaction matters to us—if you are unhappy with your product, please reach out. When possible, we are happy to remake your item.
